Freshness Guarantee
At Pop & Petal Blooms, every bouquet is freshly cut and arranged with care. Because flowers are a perishable product, all sales are final.
If you are unhappy with the quality of your bouquet, please get in touch within 24 hours of collection with a photo and description of the issue. Where appropriate, a partial refund or replacement may be offered.
Missed Collections
Bouquets must be collected during the agreed collection window.
Unfortunately, refunds cannot be offered for missed collections. If you are unable to collect, you are welcome to arrange for a friend or family member to collect on your behalf.
Subscription Cancellations
Full subscription details, including cancellation terms, will be shared at the time of launch.
Once a subscription has started, refunds cannot be provided for weeks already prepared or harvested.
Event or Market Purchases
All in-person purchases at markets or events are final.
